In our dynamic, fast-paced environment, we are looking for a Strategic Program Associate who's structured approach we will rely on to fine-tune our processes, ensuring they resonate with the company's overarching vision. Your responsibilities will span from coordinating cross-departmental projects to pinpointing and securing strategic grants vital for our growth. Moreover, cultivating relationships with teams, partners, and stakeholders will be essential. Your dedication to continuous improvement will steer us toward meeting and setting industry benchmarks. Navigating the unique challenges inherent to startups, this role will strongly contribute to the steadiness required during times of swift change.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Grants: Find, apply for, and manage them.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration: Support cross-functional projects to ensure they run smoothly.
Identify Risks: Keep an eye out for possible problems and find ways to solve them.

Experience:

  • Candidates must possess a university degree in a field relevant to the position (i.g. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability or related field)
  • Experience in chemistry is advantageous but not required.
  • Professional experience within a global corporation.
  • A background in working with grant applications or similar funding process is beneficial.
  • Proven expertise in project management is highly desirable.
  • Competence in conducting thorough desktop research.
  • Candidates must be proficient in written and spoken English.
